General Conditions
- All these conditions shall apply to all orders placed with Frenchbubbles Ltd.
- No other conditions or modifications to this agreement shall be binding unless confirmed in writing by Frenchbubbles Ltd.
- All customers must be aged 18 years or over and by placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
- We supply within the UK only.
- We deliver to England and Scotland
Purchasing champagne
- We offer champagnes for sale in quantities of a minimum of 6 x 75cl bottles.
- When you want to make a purchase, browse our catalogue, add them to the shopping basket and click to go to the checkout. Your order is then encrypted and passed to the Secure ePayments server for payment.
- After you have provided card and address details in order to satisfy the order, the card details are security checked with the relevant card issuer and you will receive a message in your browser window advising that the transaction is complete.
- Where Goods are returned to us in accordance with these terms, we will credit the payment card with the appropriate amount
- The contract between us comes into force when we confirm your order by email communication.
Product availability
- All Goods are subject to availability.
- In the event that your chosen goods are not available we will notify you and credit your card with the sum that we have taken.
Prices
- All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of 15.0% VAT.
- All prices on the website are subject to change without notice.
- However, if we accept an order from you, the price for the Goods will be the price set out on the relevant page at the time the order for them is placed.
- If a price has been incorrectly entered by us on the website we retain the right not to sell the products at the incorrect price.
Shipping
- All our deliveries are made for next working day delivery on orders placed before 1.00pm Monday to Friday.
- Deliveries are made between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday
- All our products for delivery are shipped by Unifreight Ltd.
- The minimum delivery charge is £7.90 per parcel yp to 12 bottles (minimum 1 box of 6 bottles, maximum 2 boxes of 6 bottles, equal to 12 bottles).
- So up to £240 is £7.9 for delivery cost.
- Then every subsequential £240 add £4.9 for the delivery charge.
- Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
- Orders placed over between 3.00pm Friday and 3.00pm Monday will be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Delivery details
- Once payment has been processed, delivery is a next working day service if ordered before 1pm, 2 days services if ordered after 1pm.
- Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
- Orders placed over between 3.00pm Friday and 3.00pm Monday will be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
- All transit damage or loss must be reported to us within 7 days.
- In the unlikely event of damage or loss in transit, all orders are insured up to 1 box of 6 bottles. For anything over this amount there will be an additional surcharge of £3.00 per consignment.
- Upon receiving notice that goods have been lost or damaged in transit we shall replace the same free of charge. Where goods have been damaged or lost in transit delivery shall not be deemed to have taken place until replacement goods have
- The goods will be delivered to the delivery address entered on your order form.
- If goods are delivered to an incorrect address as a result of incorrect information provided by the customer to Frenchbubbles Ltd will not take responsibility and the customer will pay for the cost of replacement goods and the cost of delivering the replacement goods to the correct address.
- Items ordered together might not be dispatched together.
- The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. The first and second delivery attempts will be free of charge. All subsequent delivery attempts will be chargeable at a rate set out by our courier company(s) plus 10% for administrative charges.
- Frenchbubbles Ltd shall not be liable for any breakdown or failure to fulfill any terms of any transaction as a result of a force majeure i.e. any circumstances which are not within the company's reasonable control.
Receipt of Goods
- The "Challenge All" and "Sign for" scheme has been adopted by Frenchbubbles Ltd for
when deliveries are made to ensure that alcohol will not be sold to those under the age of 18 years.
- When completing deliveries, only approved proof of age identification will be accepted, such as a passport, photo driving licence or a pass accredited card.
- All goods must be signed for on receipt and an approved ID is requested at the point of delivery, if the specified ID is not provided then a delivery must not take place.
- Any damages or shortages of goods should be marked on the delivery note or notified to Frenchbubbles Ltd within 48 hours of delivery either by email or telephone.
- Breakages, defects and shortage, reported later than this will not be entered into.
Returns Policy
- No goods delivered to you that are in accordance with the contract will be accepted for return without our prior written approval on terms to be determined at our absolute discretion.
- Goods returned to us without our prior written approval may at our absolute discretion be returned to you at cost without prejudice to any rights or remedies we may have.
- Upon receipt of properly rejected goods returned to us, we will issue a full refund.
- Goods should be returned at the address below in the same condition in which they were supplied, and with bottles unopened, at the customerës expense. The retail price of Champagne will then be refunded in accordance with the code.

Cancellation and returns
- You may cancel your order 24 hours before the delivery date. Orders cancelled will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- You are not entitled to cancel orders for goods that have been used or damaged after delivery unless the goods were faulty when delivered.
- We will not be responsible for returned Goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
- The right to cancel your order does not apply in respect of any Champagne have been opened after receipt.
