On the Home Page click “Got a Voucher”, enter your code and password and hit submit.
If you don't see the confirmation screen, and you've double checked the code and password then give us a call on 01603 281800 or e-mail email@example.com.
Your voucher has a minimum spend. You'll find it printed on your voucher. If, for example, yours is £79.99, then you need at least £79.99 of wine in your basket before your voucher will be deducted.
The case we offer on the confirmation page is always the best deal, but feel free to shop around the website. The case will always be there, right on your Home Page.
The wine you've got in your basket will be with you the very next working day (keep an eye on the clock above!)
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Switch/Maestro/Solo cards. You need to make sure your billing address matches the address your bank holds exactly or we won't be able to verify your card.
We can add a gift message and specific delivery instructions to your order. Just add these on the checkout page.

If you change your mind, just call us on 01603 281800 as soon as you can.
We have to move pretty quickly to get your wines delivered Next Day, so it isn't always possible to cancel your order before it leaves us.
If we are unable to stop the case, then the best thing to do is for you to refuse to accept the wines when they arrive. Just tell the carrier to return it to us.
As soon as we get it back to our warehouse, we will refund you for the wine, but not for delivery.
