When will my Champagne delivery arrive?

• If you order before 1pm you will receive your Champagne delivery next day (working day)
• Deliveries are made between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday
• The minimum delivery charge is £4.99 per bottle but free if you order over £50
• Champagne Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
• Orders placed over between 1.00pm Friday and 1.00pm Monday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
• Same day Champagne delviery is possible but please call to arrange.

What if I am out?

• Leave us instructions on where to leave your Champagne Delivery if you are going to be out. Just enter details in the special instruction box at checkout

How do you send my order

• Champagne delivery within London (within the M25) our specialist team will deliver your goods to your door.
• For deliveries outside the M25 we use Parcelforce and special air tight packaging to guarantee the best shipping for Champagne delivery without breakages.

What options for delivery do I have?

• You can choose to pick up from the post office at checkout if you are not sure when you will be in.
• Or leave us instructions on where to leave your parcel if you are going to be out. Just enter details in the special instruction box at checkout.

What if my bottle is damaged or I do not receive my order?

• We have packaging that reduces the risk of breakages.
• In the unlikely event of damage or loss in transit, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
