Bistro
Our 25-award-winning grower Champagnes are available to purchase, whether enjoyed in the bistro, chez moi, or bought as a gift for a fizz-fiend. Bubbles can be paired alongside plates of rustic French fare, with everything available to eat in the bistro or to takeaway. Menu highlights include the tartines – a single slice of homemade bread draped in slivers of cheese and charcuterie or fruit and drizzled with rich olive oil, alongside cheese and charcuterie boards and a selection of tempting desserts. Knowledgeable staff are on-hand to help pick and pair grower Champagnes with each dish, proving that fizz can be paired with food, as well as enjoyed for a celebratory toast.
Fromagerie & Shop
The Fromagerie & Shop offers more than 30 soft and hard cheeses, from brie and camembert to conte and tome, as well as a range of blues – in addition to charcuterie, pâtés, jambons, rillons and saucisses. Shelves are piled high with jars of terrine, rillettes, cassoulets, confits, soups and jams – all sourced from tiny suppliers across the channel.
Champagne Afternoon Tea
Alongside your choice from a selection of tea and a flute from one of our Grower Champagnes, enjoy a delicately arranged tower of traditional finger sandwiches, homemade Champagne and raspberry macaroons, biscuits rose from Champagne, lemon polenta tart and homemade croissants with jam and butter.
Champagne Tastings
A calendar of monthly Champagne and cheese masterclasses cut through the industry jargon and teach guests how to get to grips with grapes, how to pair cheese and Champagne, and the difference between regions, producers and production techniques.
